I'm in a hurry, can you get my document back to me sooner?
The timelines provided are the maximum time it takes for us to return feedback to you. Often times, we are faster. Feel free to contact us if you have a specific timeline in mind.
My document is in a .pdf (or other) format. Can I send you that?
If you don't have your manuscript in a Word (.doc or .docx) format please send us what you have and we will advise you as to next steps.
My university is paying for this service, can you provide an invoice?
Yes, we will prepare an invoice for payment before we begin work on your manuscript. Note that we must receive payment in full before we will realease it to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Australian and international bank transfers, and credit card via paypal. Please note transfer fees or currency conversion fees must be borne by the client.
Can you write my essay for me?
No, we are not an essay writing service, and it's important that you perform your own work. What we can do is provide expert advice and guidance on your writing through out Editing and Proofreading services.
