- Our services include proofreading, copy editing, formatting, reference check, and other related services. Some or all of these may be offered to the client, depenting upon the specific agreement.

Submission of Documents
- Clients are required to submit their documents electronically via email in Microsoft Word format.
- Clients must provide clear instructions, requirements, and deadlines for the editing services requested.

Pricing and Payment
- Pricing for our services is based on factors such as the length, complexity, and turnaround time of the manuscript.
- Clients will receive a quote for the editing services requested before confirming their order.
- Payment for our services must be received in full before editing begins.

Editing Process
- Our team will review the client's document and provide edits, corrections, and suggestions to improve clarity, coherence, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and/or formatting as appropriate based upon the type of service contracted to us.
- Clients will have the opportunity to review the edited document and request revisions if necessary. This request must be made within 3 days.

Confidentiality
- We respect the confidentiality of our clients' documents and will not disclose or share any information contained therein without the client's consent, except as required by law.
- Clients retain full ownership and copyright of their documents. We do not claim ownership of the edited documents.

Quality Assurance
- We strive to provide high-quality editing services, but we do not guarantee that edited documents will be error-free or meet the client's expectations. We make no claims that the edited document will result in publication, graduation, passing of courses, grant success, or any other gain, material or otherwise.
- If a client is dissatisfied with our services, they may request revisions within 3 days.

- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to any client at our discretion, without providing a reason.
